From Pentecost Vigil 2009: Oh how I love you my beautiful, faithful children. It fills my heart with great joy to have you all gathered here this evening to celebrate Pentecost. You have all experienced the fire of My Holy Spirit and tonight I promise the fire of my Spirit will fall a hundred-fold upon you! A new Pentecost begins tonight! He will fill you to overflowing with My love and more and more of His fruits and gifts just as He did with My first disciples. He will embolden you with a greater zeal, a greater courage and a greater confidence to profess My good news to all you meet lovingly, tenderly and gently. You will be fearless on your quest to share My love and forgiveness to everyone and everyone will know you are mine. Trials and persecutions will occur, of this you must have no doubt, but remember the world hated Me first and the victory is mine. Follow the promptings of My Holy Spirit. Rely on your Advocate for guidance, direction and protection. Have no fear trusting wholeheartedly in My love for you. I am with you always, You are My lights in the darkened world. Sadly many of my people do not know Me and many more are drifting away. That is why I send you out like lambs into the lion’s den to profess that I, Jesus Christ, am Lord of all. That My love is everlasting and My mercy great. Tell them how all are precious in My eyes and there isn’t anything I will not forgive them when they come to Me with a humble and contrite heart. My people need Me desperately. The harvest is abundant and the laborers too few. You My beloved are my laborers in the vineyard. With this new outpouring of My Holy Spirit upon you, you are fully capable and equipped to feed my sheep. Go forth in My peace to love and serve your Lord. I Your Lord have spoken.
Do you remember the first Pentecost when the apostles were in a room in fear of their lives because they had not received the Holy Spirit in all His fullness. They cowered there until the tongues of fire came upon them. The tongues of fire gave them the boldness to speak to all of their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. My children, you have received these same tongues of fire. You have received all the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You have received the gift of boldness to speak of Jesus Christ. Yet, you wait. You wait for someone else to speak. You wait saying it is not your gift. I am telling you that at this celebration of the first Pentecost, I have empowered each and every one of you to speak boldly of Jesus Christ. I have empowered you to heal the sick and mend the broken-hearted. Why do you sit and wait for someone else to speak. It is your hands, feet and mouth that I want to use. Do not waste the gifts that I have given you. Be not afraid for I will be with you always. Go forth this night knowing that you have been empowered just as the apostles were on that first Pentecost.
